The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cv99999. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Wallet balance frozen, and any pending withdrawals withheld pending full investigation.

cv99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where closure is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Voluntary closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — the closure will be processed promptly and permanently in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration specified at the time of the request.

Upon closure for any reason, cv99999 will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any sums owed to the Platform) to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited without exception.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, collusion, underage gambling, or money laundering — cv99999 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation and, where legally required, to report the matter to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh.
